  The hotel is cute and lovely. The check-in team were friendly and amazing
  
  The big let down was the breakfast. It was horrific, cheap carton orange juice, gelatinous scrambled eggs and cardboard stale toast.
  
  By all means stay at the hotel but eat breakfast someplace else.

  Excellent hotel. It beat our expectations by 10 fold. The rooms are comfier than most hotels I’ve stayed at. Various pillows. The atmosphere is relaxed and the check in system is super smooth. Staff are so friendly, responsive and accommodating. The bar is a great spot to spend the afternoon, though the service could have been better. Overall, a really good stay in Canberra.

  Had a lovely night there, the place has a great feel about it. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent.
  
  This is a great new hotel in an excellent position in Civic. I would encourage people to support it!

  Everything was brilliant except for the service. No name tags were missing which was perplexing but understandable when concierge was rude and obnoxious. I recommend name tags to identify outstanding service but also to identify the staff who were rude, lazy and made the stay uncomfortable.

  There are good things about the hotel: friendly staff, good location, nice and comfortable shower and free mini-bar including cold water, red & white wine, soda soft drinks, milk and cookies for a couple.
  
  HOWEVER the overall experience is disappointing and there is space to improve for the hotel as per below:
  1. Only two lifts for hotel guests and the building has residents as well. A long waiting time for the lift during peak time;
  2. Fridge and bathroom exhaust fan make a lot of noise;
  3. Mirror is not practical for doing mark-ups. You have to stand front of the sink which is a bit far away.
  4. Toilet flush is unreasonable, the flush button is behind the toilet lid. You have to close the lid EVERY TIME to flush!
  5. If you miss morning cleaning, it will take longer time to have the room cleaned
  6. Car park has leaking issue and it is not because of rain (sunny day)
  7. The room key cannot access to swimming pool
